Our newest production, Shadow of the Demon Knight has finally been released. It features high quality action set pieces and a not-so-original story :)

Production has been delayed several times and we also have a 40 minute behind the scenes coming up in a couple of days that shows how things came to be.

We are also giving away limited quantities of it in Bluray and DVD-formats. It will include the making off and the 13 minute short film.

I'd especially like to thank our main music composer Michael Law who did absolutely terrific work and Pasi Pitkänen & Tuomo Sagulin who provided additional music. And don't forget to check out the band Hollowheart!

Also a very special thanks to all HMC members for all the support! Jesse Liskola and Jussi Salonen who came aboard through Mute were very important in getting great action scenes. Ville Lumioksa handled most of the production side and Mikko Löppönen tried to direct as best he could. Ride was also very game and brought his energy drinks to boost our spirits. And of course Arman Alizad who was great to work with and was very professional even when we weren't :). And who could forget Ramin Sohrab, the man who really pushed the choreography up and gave us a great performance as a bad guy.

A final thank you to everyone who gave us advice (Stunt people), helped us on the way (Cave Boulderkeskus) or just inspired us (Ulrik and Flatcoin). And offcourse to the five original members of HMC.

Ramin Sohrab has now taken a huge undertaking and left us for Hollywood. We wish him a good journey and much success! Go get them Ramin!

Our Shadow of the Demon Knight will be premiered there and we will probably get mighty drunk and film ourselves doing silly things!

Shadow of the Demon Knight will be seen at the Tampere film festival (Roskafestarit!) 8.3.2008.

Music composer for the movie is Michael Law, go check him out if you need tight music for your productions. It also features music by Tuomo Sagulin and Pasi Pitkänen and a great band called Hollowheart!

We have also found a new member in Jessica Brandt. She is absolutely awesome.

And in related news, some of our members were seen doing a commission for Electronic Arts in the form of a "promo" piece for Godfather 2. Ville Lumioksa from HMC did the stunt coordinating for that and HMC did all of the action for it. Jussi Salonen also did most of the producing. Jesse Liskola and Ramin Sohrab also did some great action in it! Congratulations to them!

And Tuomas wants to be mentioned too so I guess he did something also ;)

Until now I've never put anything I do in my workplace here. I've wanted to keep this page as my personal hobby page where I upload all the silly stuff we shoot ourselves. But I'm going to make exceptions then and now. I work as an editor at Talvi Oy and here's our showreel for the last year.

Our next project is almost finished. A lot of people have already seen it and the interest it has generated has been very positive for us.

It's currently under scoring and going final gradings and tweaks.
