APOCALYPSE
Somewhere in the distant future. A world under attack. A lone woman gazes into the abyss.
We are in the middle of writing our apocalyptic script and this was mainly a test film to see how far we could push our effects and production. We weren't even supposed to shoot this much, just mainly location scouting. But after we found a great area that reminded us slightly of the world from Fallout we also decided to film something. And when Alternative Party was looking for themed videos we decided to do the effects completely.

LASER RATS - CANON EOS 5d Mark II
We were testing the hd video capabilities of the Canon EOS 5d Mark II and made this video. Primary things to test were the rolling shutter effect and how it affects fast paced shooting with small fight choreographys, how the h.264 can be color corrected and edited and also some small tracking and effects shot testing. Still learning particles and after effects. Some shots done with the canon hv20 and Sony hc1 camera.
